Designed and furnished as a home rather than a rental property, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the east side a stone kiosk overlooks the pool, while on the west next to the kitchen you can enjoy meals under an old olive tree, with a view to the verdant mountains of Lefkas.

The ground floor includes a living room with a dining area and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen. An independent guesthouse separated by an arch, offers additional privacy. The two bedrooms on the upper floor with en-suite bathrooms lead to a spacious veranda which offers a view over Ionian sea and Nikiana port village.

Two more bedrooms with windows are in the basement. While the first has a small window, the second is more bright and has an adjoining bathroom. The basement bedrooms although quite large, are better suited to children or staff.
