This modern luxury villa really offers everything, also for the more demanding clients. When building the villa, no expense was spared, neither on expensive materials, technical equipment nor tasteful artworks. The pool can be heated in winter and cooled in the summer, the house is decorated to a very high standard, fully air conditioned, there is wifi internet via satellite, video surveillance and remote controls and there is more than enough space to make yourself comfortable and enjoy this wonderful atmosphere, tranquility and view.

The ground floor of the villa consists of the large, open-plan living room with dining table and kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The entire side facing the sea is made of sliding glass doors which allow plenty of light to enter, but also offer the magnificent view across the pool to the bay of Pylos and Costa Navarino. Both left and right of the living area there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One of the two bedrooms is suitable for wheelchair users, the door is wider an the bathroom has all the necessary features and of course no steps or thresholds.

From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms. They also have their own bathrooms en-suite and access to the roof terrace from where the view is even better. Next to the stairs is a small sitting area with toys for children and a (second) TV.

The basement has partial daylight through light wells and to the side there is a garage. If you have a maximum of 8 guests, you will not need the basement area, but here is a fifth bedroom which is in no way inferior to the other bedroom apart from the lack of views. It is usually intended for the cook who can be hired on request, because right next to this bedroom is a fully equipped professional kitchen with elevator to bring the ready food to the kitchen of the ground floor. Furthermore there is a laundry room and service/storage rooms in the basement.

The villa is located only 2 km from the exclusive 5-star resort "Costa Navarino", which was voted "European Golf Resort of the Year 2017".

Nature surpasses itself with breathtaking beaches such as Voidokilia, surrounded by lagoons and wetlands brimming with rare bird species, sheltered bays whose waters range from turquoise and emerald green to the darkest blue.

Slightly south is the popular town of Pylos whose fortress combines a wonderful insight into the history of the region with a magnificent view over the bay and in the evening Pylos invites you to dine in one of the many beautiful restaurants and fish taverns at the harbor. For those who prefer a more laid back experience, stop in Gialova, less than 10 minutes from the villa, and have a nice walk along the beach or enjoy a sundowner on a beach lounger of one of the cafes before choosing the nicest tavern for the evening.

Also around the Costa Navarino Resort there are several cafes and taverns whose level has improved in recent years probably due to the existence of the resort.

A little further north is Lakouvardos, a bay with a sandy beach and mostly strong waves, which makes the beach very popular among surfers. There is also a surf school that provides equipment and two beach bars to take care of your well-being.

In addition, the region is as rich in history as hardly any other region of Greece. Two important battles took place in the bay and no 10 km from the villa is the ancient site, the "Palace of Nestor" from the 15th century BC! There are the Ottoman fortresses Koroni and Methoni, the Ottoman aqueduct at Pylos, the museum in Hora and the archaeological museum in Pylos. If you extend the radius, you won't get past Messene, Nichoria and Pharai, you will follow in the footsteps of Homer, learn about the Mycenaean culture, read about the sieges and consequent influences of different cultures such as Dorians, Romans, Visigoths and Slavs and later also the Romans and Ottomans until the Greeks rose in 1821 to fight for their independence with the support of England, France and Russia in the Battle of Navarino.
