I don't think you can get closer to the sea!

This unique 11 hectare property is literally on the edge of the emerald green waters of the Ionian Sea and therefore the ultimate accommodation for a family with friends who want to experience traditional Greek atmosphere with immediate access to both water and land. Whilst the sea in front of the house invites to all types of water sports as well as excursions around the island or even a visit to the Paxoi islands, Syvota and other beautiful spots in the Ionian Sea, the narrow road behind the houses leads to waterfront cafés and splendid seafood tavernas in walking distance.

In total, the property consists of the waterfront complex sleeping up to 14 adults plus 2 small children, the olive grove villa sleeping 6 adults plus 2 children as well as an old chapel. Behind the waterfront villa is a tennis court and a swimming pool, whilst the Olive Grove Villa has it's own private pool in case the houses are rented separately.

To fully indulge in the lavishness this property can provide, I recommend a chef who will serve you the best of Greek cuisine on the dining table that is so close to the water that you think the waves will reach your feet.

For full pleasure of the sea in front of you, I suggest to hire a 2 x 250 HP Boston Whaler that seats more than 10 people and gets you nearly everywhere. It comes with a skipper who knows the waters of the area and makes sure you enjoy the ride rather than having your mind on the boat. A day trip with Captain Yiannis and his traditional Greek fishing boat is another fantastic experience for everyone, home made food and typical Greek hospitality included.
