The stone- made traditional homes have been designed according to the Zakynthian culture and are waiting to accommodate visitors to the heavenly island of Zante.

The beautiful houses are situated at the foot of Mount Vrahionas in Mouzaki village and are only a 10 minute drive from the town of Zakynthos, ideal for visitors who would like to do some sightseeing whilst on their holiday.

Mouzaki is one of the oldest villages on the island having been established in 1521 and in the surrounding area there are numerous caves.

This village also has the benefit of being near two of the best beaches on the island, with Lagana and Lithakia beaches both only 4 kms away. Lagana beach is a long stretch (approx 5 km) of soft golden sand and as the endangered Caretta Caretta turtles nest here, the area has been declared a National Marine Park.

Many visitors enjoy going to this beach for a glimpse of these majestic creatures swimming gracefully in the clean azure waters.

This area also has a lively nightlife with numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs providing excellent entertainment for the evening hours.

Mouzaki Villas consists of three attractive detached houses (2 types), both providing spacious and comfortable accommodation to our guests.

There are two types of houses:

The first type is a 78 m2 house in size and is suitable for 4 people. This one storey house consists of: one bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room decorated with traditional furniture containing a sofa bed for two persons, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hobs, fridge and freezer,coffee machine, espresso machine,kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils provided.

The bathroom consists of a bath and fitted hair dryer.

A private furnished veranda has a garden table and chairs and gives guests the perfect spot to delight in the tranquillity of the area, soak up the sunshine and even enjoy some alfresco dining.

The second type is built over two storeys, is 127 m2 in size, three bedrooms and can easily accommodate 7 people.

The ground floor has: one bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room decorated with traditional furniture containing a sofa bed for two persons, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hobs, fridge and freezer,coffee machine, espresso machine,kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils provided and a seperate bathroom with bath and fitted hair dryer.

The first floor has: 2 bedrooms one with double bed the other with one single bed and a seperate bathroom with shower.

Both houses have air-conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine and PC with wireless internet access (ADSL) so that visitors have all the creature comforts of home to enjoy while on holiday.

In the Mouzaki Villas grounds there is a vegetable garden, created by the owner and its free of use for our residents !

Guests will feel spoilt by the facilities on offer at Mouzaki Villas, especially provided so that guests staying here feel as comfortable as if they were staying in their own home.

Located in the ground is communal area containing wooden patio furniture with large parasol, hammock, garden swing and B.B.Q.
