The captivating charm of this area is what inspired us to build our beautiful traditional luxury villas. The peaceful and picturesque surroundings which respect your privacy, can be found here on one of the most beautiful places of the Island of Zakynthos, Greece.
Agios Nikolaos is famous for the Blue Caves, Shipwreck and the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.
The villas have been constructed with love and respect to the natural environment’s beauty using natural stone and wood, bringing “nature’s spirit” into our hearts.
There are eight individual detached stone villas with their own private swimming pool, private garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas offering a magnificent view overlooking the Ionian sea.
All luxury villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with spectacular a view of the Ionian Sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of the mountains of Agios Nikolas. Agios Nikolaos is only 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos where you can also find the main port of the island. If you choose is to visit the island by private boat, you can moor your boat at the port of Agios Nikolas which is only 300m away from our luxury villas.
Accommodation:
These luxury villas of Volimes consist of eight villas, each of one placed in an area of 1000sq meters - four of them are 80m² and the other four are 105m².
All villas have been tastefully decorated and have 2 bedrooms. The 1st villa type (80m²) can accommodate 4 persons and the 2nd villa type (105m²) can accommodate 4-6 persons.
They have a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate WC, large veranda and balcony, air-condition, Sat TV, Internet access and safety deposit box.
