These 2 stone built houses, who's original walls date back to 1900, were recently restored to offer visitors the authentic experience of island life in the Aegean. Located in the heart of a picturesque village called Dio Choria on the island of Tinos, the houses are the perfect option for a vacation with comfort, privacy and island discovery. Both houses boast luxury furnishings, artifacts, fine tapestry, accessories and linen of highest quality. WiFi-Internet is available throughout the property and each bedroom has a TV.

Service: Both houses are fully serviced with daily cleaning and towel service, bed linen is changed every 2 days. On request, shopping can be delivered to the houses and in house laundry service is provided at additional charge.

Each house has a private terrace with a comfortable lounge set-up allowing them to be rented individually, but they also have direct access to a 300 sq.m. mediterranean garden, which is a beautiful place to sit together as a group if the houses are rented together. The garden is rich in trees and herbs, has deck chairs and umbrellas as well as a large table for 14 guests to comfortably dine al-fresco and enjoy the warm summer nights.

House 1

A 120 sq.m. traditional residence, is built on two levels and can comfortably accommodate 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. Furthermore, the house consists of a beautifully decorated open plan living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The exterior terrace has a nice view over the 300 sq.m. garden.

House 2

Stretches over 120 sq.m. on two separate levels, accommodating up to 6 guests. The terrace overlooks the garden (upper floor) and the ground level has direct access to the garden.

Location

The port and capital of Tinos is 8 km away and Lychnaftia Beach is 3 km from the houses. Dio Choria is renowned for its traditional architecture, its water springs, as well as the breathtaking views to the Aegean. Tinos is only a 2 hour ferry ride from Athens and 30 minutes from Mykonos, making the latter also interesting for day excursions. Cafés and taverns are found in the village, just 100 m away.

Suitability

The 2 houses are ideal for groups of friends seeking a tranquil environment of very high standard to experience the traditional island life without having to sacrifice on quality. Not suitable for young children.
