Built in a contemporary style and simple lines to reflect on the wisdom of the landscape and meet the perceptions of its owners, who come from the intellectual and artistic space, the house seems to be alive, offering hospitality, warmth and communication with the incomparable beauty of a landscape composed of sky, sea, islands and boats.

The breathtaking view is being interrupted at intervals by the dolphins and boats sailing in the Aegean. From east to west an order of ten islands can be admired: Mykonos, Delos, Naxos, Paros, Serifos, Sifnos, Syros, Kythnos, Gyaros and Jia.

The villa stands isolated in front of the sea, a few kilometers from Tinos Town and near the main road that leads to any desired destination on the island. It is also located just five minutes from two unique and secluded beaches to enjoy your bath.

The villa is located in a fenced plot 4, 5 acres and consists of 2 houses. The main house (160 sqm) has two levels:

At the first level and in plenty of natural light, is a large space of living/dining area with terrace 60 sqm and spectacular views over the Aegean Sea, a covered yard area 20m ² with marble counter and outdoor dining is being stretched. The spacious kitchen with its storage room leading to a large yard with spectacular views of the Tinian landscape and the sea, and a bedroom for two people with WC, complete this level. The second level includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and terrace of 93 sqm with panoramic views.

The lower house consists of a lounge and one bedroom for 2 people as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a terrace (30 sqm) overlooking the deep blue and housing. A common garden of 40 sqm connects the two houses.

The kitchens of the two houses are fully equipped with refrigerators, stoves, washing machines and all appliances needed.

In every house are a washing machine and a dryer. The two houses have separate boiler for independent hot water and independent entrances.

• Air conditioning (fans are also available, if desired)
• Internet
• Plasma-TVs with satellite connection
• Full-heating

Sunny courtyards and terraces surround these buildings, thus facilitating entry into the natural landscape with stone stair spots in total isolation on the slopes of the rock "hanging" literally over the sea! ...

Services: Cleaning and changes twice a week. On request, daily service and a professional chef of our absolute confidence are available.

The villa is ideal for groups of friends seeking rest and relaxation, given direct contact with nature and beneficial peaceful countryside to appreciate the greatness of classic Cycladic landscape with sculpted rocks and the dominant sea! For lovers of winter clarity of the Cycladic islands, the villa will be rent upon request. The two houses can be rented separately. Not suitable for young children.
