Villa Kiani is built on a hill-top offering its guests an amazing view of the vineyards and the tranquil village of Meghalochori with the mesmerizing blue waters of the Aegean in the background.

A narrow winding footpath leads you from the village square to the doors of the villa.

Villa Kiani, consisting of two living areas connected by an exterior stone staircase, accommodating 4 guests in the ground floor and 2 guests in the upper floor.

Entering the ground floor of the villa, we are first met by a little kitchenette, from which an archway takes you to the impressive master bedroom with domed ceiling. Its stylish en-suite bathroom offers a spacious bath and a separate shower. A separate entrance with wooden doors leads the visitors to a comfortable second bedroom, which also affords an en-suite bathroom.

The villas large courtyard with its comfortable sofas is the ideal place to relax and chat or refresh yourself in the amazing volcanic swimming pool.

The first floor of this villa offers large terraces with panoramic views of the surrounding area, which are perfect for alfresco dining in the stylish outdoor furniture.

The villas carefully restored wooden floors together with the many windows allows for a bright and airy feel to the interior. The view from the comfortable double bedroom is really charming: on the one side the eye meets the vineyards and on the other the dominant Aegean Sea. A dressing room leads into the spacious bathroom and separate restroom. The cleverly designed open-plan kitchenette and living area offer casual entertainment.

Villa Kiani sleeps up to six guests and has the perfect location for the traveler that wants to experience the different aspects of the island.

On arrival at Santorini airport or port, you will be escorted to the villa and a porter will take care of your luggage to make sure your vacation starts with arrival on Santorini island.

It goes without saying that a daily housekeeping service of 2 hours is included.

To visit Santorini’s most famous tourist attractions like Fira and Oia, 7 and 20 km away respectively, a 5-seat rental car is at your disposal throughout your stay and already included in the price.

Catering of any meals can be arranged through the nearby tavern owned by the management of this stunning villa. Additional services like tour guide, private masseuse, shopping and delivery service are available upon request.
