This villa was built in 1905 to be the summer house of the Mayor of Aigio, G.Kanellopoulos, and has a history of important visitors (prime minister and ministers) and a touch of details to its decoration suggested by the famous Austrian architect Tschiller who was a family friend of the Mayor's.

Protected under historic monument order, the 220 m² villa was fully restored in 2009. It is part of a big estate with mostly lemon and orange trees, situated in the seaside picturesque tranquil village of Temeni, a suburb of the nearest biggest town Aigio (2 km), 38 km from the port of Patras, and 173 km from Athens airport.

The villa is situated in a very private and tranquil location in the heart of the village in short walking distance from the beautiful beach, the tavernas and mini markets.

Ground floor: big living room with fireplace, paved in original plaques, decorated mostly with its original antique furniture. Dining room with marble floor, luxurious modern kitchen with marble floor, big storage room where heating system and laundry machine installation is situated (all day hot water). Wooden stairs lead to upper floor.
