Located above a small pebble beach, half way between the capital and Skala, this impressive villa boasts an impressive sea view from most of its verandas, bedrooms as well as the pool area.

The villa is newly built and provides both comfort and plenty of space to the more demanding visitors of Patmos. The architecture reflects upon the typical Patmian elements such as stone built arches, vaults and arcades.

Large living room with 2 lounge areas, a dining room on a split-level and next to it, the kitchen.
The one living room opens onto a very large arcaded terrace shaded with a pergola. A very long marble dining table and barbecue offer al-fresco dining under the shade of a nearby pear tree.

1 Bedroom with double bed (twin beds pulled together) and a shower room en-suite.
A Bedroom with double bed (twin beds pulled together) sharing a shower room with the adjacent twin bedroom and a common small sitting room with kitchenette.

Main building upper level, reached by external staircase ( 2 bedrooms)

A wooden staircase leads to a small sitting room, shower room and kitchenette opening onto a small terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.

Independent cottage  ( 1 double bed Patmian style)

A steep wooden ladder leads to the galleried sleeping area with a platform bed consisting of a small double mattress.
