Just before reaching Agrari Beach, we turn away from the other 5-6 villas in the area and continue down a steep slope - the driveway of this property.

From the parking area we can already see the rock garden surrounding the villa with its plethora of little platforms on various levels that invite to relax and sunbathe in total privacy.

Although the villas main entrance is towards the driveway, one is just too tempted to walk around the villa - straight onto the large terrace and pool area with its choice of chill-out areas. Sofas, hammocks, sun-beds, puff sofas, as well as a huge sun- and wind-sheltered dining area with a large stone-sculptured table and woodfire-BBQ... This is the place where you will want to spend your entire vacation.

The interior is absolutely charming and continues the sunny holiday feeling found outside. Pleasant pale blue/green, ochre and white colours are found throughout this luxurious villa. Various seascape artifacts decorate the villa to underline the cheerful beach house style.

A ground level bedroom, featuring a four-poster double bed and spacious cupboards has access to the terrace with the swimming pool and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. This adjacent second bedroom has two bunk beds, ideal for children. It also directly accesses the pool area. On the upper level, the master bedroom's double bed looks onto it's own balcony with gorgeous sea and valley views, and has its own en-suite bathroom.

The house's lower level has two spacious and beautifully appointed studios, each with their own entrance from the garden, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Two stone stairways lead back up to the large sea-facing terrace and pool area.

This beautiful luxury villa has a cheerful and relaxed style and is therefore the perfect villa for a family vacation in a comfortable and private setting.
