Once inside the house, you are in front of a breath-taking view of the Aegean. This is the central core of the house, the living room with the dining room dominated by a spectacular view of the sea. This area covers 120 sq. meters of space and can accommodate a large number of persons wishing to indulge in various activities. A fireplace enhances the environment.
The kitchen adjacent to living room is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric and gas stove, refrigerator, etc. From the ceiling bunches of local herbs are hanging, emanating a delicious aroma, which can be the foreword of your culinary adventure of the island of Myconos.

Climbing the wooden stairs we are on the first floor with two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms give to a fantastic terrace with absolute privacy overlooking the sea.

A few steps higher on the second floor the master bedroom are situated. The area space of the master bedroom is 65 sq meters. This bedroom features a double washbasin fixture, plus a very large bathtub and a secluded W.C.

In the yard, near the kitchen there is a guesthouse containing a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is completely independent from the rest of the facilities.

Next to the guest-room there are service facilities for the domestic help of the villa as well as the laundry installations.
Due to the unforeseen winds that blow on the Cycladic islands, the architect has planned for the tenants of the villa to either spend their outdoor time on the terrace facing the sea or on the area entering the grounds with the manicured landscape and the sound of the Aegean in the background.

Swimming can be enjoyed in the sea just at the foot of the villa, by descending a few steps leading to the water.

Among the facilities provided are satellite TV, DVD, stereo / CD. Extra beds and baby cot, domestic help who will be taking care of the cleaning of the villa and preparing breakfast for the tenants, the cost of which is not included in the daily rates. All the linen provided, are of the most luxurious quality.
