Just 800 m from Mykonos Town, the 4 semi-detached houses boast a magnificent view over Mykonos and the old port.
The decoration and equipment of the villas is of high quality and great taste.
The swimming pool, which is shared amongst all guests, is located on the side of the premises and enjoys stunning views of Mykonos and the Aegean Sea. A large shared pergola with outdoor dining, comfortable teak sun beds and umbrella is also available to all guests for sunbathing and relaxing by the poolside.
Each house has a similar layout and equivalent style. On the upper floor, a cozy living room with formal dining area and open plan kitchen lead to a terrace with striking town and sea views, which is perfect for a sunset cocktail or a late al fresco dinner.
The lower floor holds the sun-drenched bedrooms, most of them with double beds or joinable twins and en-suite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms open directly on to the garden, also connected to the pool area.
Blessed with the amazing colors of the Aegean's sunset, the houses are within walking distance to and from Mykonos town, making it the ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy the Island's renowned nightlife or simply wanting to enjoy a glorious breakfast in one of the cafes by the old port.
Evangelistraki I is the largest of the three houses and the first one approached once entering the property. The house features three bedrooms, all located on the lower level. The master bedroom and the larger guest bedroom both allow access to the outdoor patio, while the smaller guest bedroom is built on the opposite side an ideal for younger guests due to the presence of bunk beds.
Next to Evangelistraki I is a privately rented house without access to the pool area. Next to that is Evangelistraki II and finally, closest to the pool area, Evangelistraki III. House II and III are more or less identical with House I apart from the presence of the children bedroom with the bunk beds.
