Myconian traditional style villa, fully furnished, consisting of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, in a plot of about 1400 Sq. M.

The villa is situated at Kalo Livadi, only 40 meters from one of the best beaches on the island while at the same time one enjoys a beautiful view of the sea from every level of the house. The car drive from Mykonos town and from the airport is 10 minutes.

In front of the house there is a large private fresh water swimming pool surrounded by traditional permanent sofas (very comfortable with many removable cushions), dining table and coffee tables under a bamboo shaded pergola. In the back of the house there is a small basketball court, the entrance is to an open plan lounge consisting of living room with fireplace, dining room for 8/12 persons and fully equipped kitchen separated by an arch as well as a guest WC.

In a different section there is a storage/laundry room as well as 2 bedrooms (one with two bunk beds for kids with its own WC and one for domestic help). Interior staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one more level with 1 Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

There is also a guest room with en-suite WC (with separate entrance next to the pool).
