The high drop-offs at the veranda of Villa Phil can be dangerous for young children. Also, Villa Phil contains a number of antique artifacts and hand made things. Hence, Villa Phil will not accept children under the age of 8.

This winter we are also undertaking an extensive project to replace, add & upgrade a lot of furnishings in the villa (32” flat panel TV, iPod docks, new chairs, new beds in one room, kitchen additions/refurbishing, maybe satellite internet connection!, etc), enhancing its sense of luxury, uniqueness and serving better an upscale clientele.
