Seafront-Villa at Marades Beach in Kea

A hop away from the main port and shopping area of Kea (1.5km), this villa sits at a tranquil convenient location on the road from Korrissia to Xyla, only 150 meters away from the sand-filled Marades beach, offering its tenants an unobtructed NW view of the Aegean sea. A number of other beaches are nearby and are easily accessible by car (Xyla, Gialiskari), if the Meltemi summer wind makes the Marades Beach wavy and unpleasant.

The 200 sq. meter stone and lime villa, shares the land with an identical house where the owners live, but, due to architecture and orientation, it also offers a large amount of privacy to both houses. The rental house is the unit on the RIGHT in the pictures.

Due to slanted ground elevation, the villa is divided into three levels, with several staircases leading to each other.

The top level has two bedrooms, one with a double (1,6 m) bed and one with two built-in single (0,9 m) beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. On the same level there is also a two-level guest house with both internal access and a separate external entrance. The lower level of the guest house has a single bed/sofa, a small bathroom and a small kitchen, whereas its upper level (loft) has two single beds (ideal for second family, helper, nanny)

The middle and entrance level features the living room and fireplace, dining hall and kitchen.

The lower level has a second dining hall, a full bathroom with shower and a large two-level bedroom. The lower level of the bedroom has a semi-double bed (1,2 m) and its upper level (loft) has two single convertible beds.

All levels give to a beautifully tended garden with ample outside shaded living areas. Villa renters have access and use to an external stone built BBQ.
