This seafront property next to one of Kea's most popular areas, Koundouros bay, consists of two newly built stone villas with ample shaded outside sitting areas, on a 0.4 acre plot of land turned into a beautiful garden, both sharing a 6x10 freshwater common swimming pool.

The villa on the left will sleep 8 and the one on the right 10 guests, a total of 18 the whole complex. The villas are rented individually or all together as a unit. Prices on this page refer to ONE unit.

Pool level: The entrance, living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the BBQ sitting area.
Garden level: Two more bedrooms wih one bathroom and a WC as well as the laundry/utility room.
Both houses are tastefully decorated and fully equipped, including air conditioning units in all bedrooms.

Similar is the configuration of the other villa. Both villas have separate entrances and outside living areas facing west, so apart from the pool, they share no other facility, offering adequate privacy to both parties.

A small path adjacent to the property leads to the sea, where guests can sunbathe on the sculpted rocks or jump directly in the clear Aegean waters. Koundouros sand beaches are less than a 10 minute drive away for kids.
