This luxurious villa is a very special designed seaside villa situated in Kabi, 25 km from the port of Kea.

Kea is the closest island of the Cyclades complex (about 55 minutes from the port of Lavrio – Athens).

Kea has been recently rediscovered by Athenians as a convenient and high quality destination for vacations and yachting trips.

The luxury villa is located on top of a very nice and peaceful sandy beach (max 5 min walk).

Service: Daily a caretaker looks after the property (pool, garden, ...) and discretely services the villa when convenient for the guests. Change of sheets is twice a week.
Booking: To book the villa, a 30% booking deposit is due immediately. Remaining 70% are due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment method: Bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, any payments made are forfeited.
