Luxurious 3-bedroom Villa + Guesthouse with Pool on the Cyclades Island of Kea

The house has two separate buildings:

Building 1

Ground floor: Area with bedrooms. 1 guest room with bathroom. The guestroom leads to the level of the pool. 1 bedroom with attic and bathroom. At present it’s used as a baby room but there is the possibility to put a double bed at the ground floor and one single at the attic. The bedroom leads to a balcony with roof.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom and an exquisite view from 2 balconies. All bedrooms have their own TV and the baby room has a dvd player.

Building 2

Living room: Big open space area (120m2) that includes 1 WC on the right hand side of the main entrance. Going up 3 steps there is a big square table (dining area - 2m x 2m) and a fully equipped kitchen where at the back of it there is a room (cellar) with a door leading to the back yard of the house (easy access with the car for grocery shopping).

Descending there are 2 living rooms: one next to the fireplace and one close to the TV area.

Front yard: Around the building there are paths which lead either to the swimming pool or to the terrace where there is a built dining table.

Under the level of the swimming pool there is another guest house with bathroom (TV), where the balcony has a splendid view with a landscape full of oak trees and gardens.

The house is fully equipped with everything that a modern household needs.

Kitchen: 2 dishwashers, all coffee-making equipment, mixer, cooker with gas, electronic oven, bread making machine e.t.c.

Living room: it has a TV, DVD player, sound system inside and outside the house, a play station console.

Cleaning and change of linen & towels every 2 days. Additional service available at extra charge and on request.
