This contemporary villa, completed in 2010, on the picturesque island of Tzia (Kea) in the Cyclades, Greece, is ideal for rental to discerning vacationers.

Only 200 m from the seafront, built on a land area of 1000 m² and with a total surface of 215 m² (160 m² in the main building + 55 m² in the attached studio), the contemporary villa offers a total sleeping capacity of 10.

The Main House (160 m²) consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), a sitting room and a small laundry room on the garden level, as well as a living room, fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall and a WC on the pool level. All rooms have a stunning view to the sea and to the beautiful Cape Kefala as well as the sunset.

The Studio (55 m²) has a king sized bed (2 single beds joined) as well as 2 extra beds, walk-in closet, sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom and a small storage room. The studio has the best possible view to the sea, even from the bed level - thanks to its split level architecture and the wide balcony doors.

Outdoors: Stone built stairs and a smooth garden path are two alternative ways to go from the upper level (pool terrace) to the garden at the lower level. On the pool level there is a 5.5 x 11 m appr. infinity pool that offers fantastic views to the sea. A spacious paved area around it accommodates various sun beds, relaxing chairs, and a pergola with dining area and a barbecue area. There is a second pergola with dining table at the kitchen veranda.

The garden level below consists of a pebble garden with Cycladic aromatic plants (oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.) and is ideal for playing during the day and enjoying starry nights whilst listening to the sea at night. A spacious pergola is in front of the bedrooms over a paved terrace.

Location: The villa has a stunning view over the Aegean's marvelous waters and of world-famed sunsets. It is conveniently located only 6 km from Tzia's port and less than 2km from the island's sought after sandy beach of Otzias. It has easy access by ferry boat in 1 hour from the port of Lavrio (only 20 minutes from the Athens International Airport) and is only 4 km from the cosmopolitan marina village of Vourkari, which offers many options for dining and going out.
