The spacious villa is situated on an idyllic farm of 50000 sqm in the outskirts of Vai-Psahna town – Evia Island, just 90 minutes drive from El.Venizelos – Athens airport.
This private, one storey villa with two levels (450 sqm) offers the perfect accommodation for large groups with children. The first level interior consists of an open plan kitchen, inner and outer dining area, spacious living room with a fire place and wc as well as a separate, smaller living room. The second level comprises of three double bedrooms with their own wc/shower. Each double bedroom has a wooden upper lever with one double bed.
In the playroom the kids can sleep together on four double beds and one sofa bed. The playroom also has a small living room.
The exterior comprises of an extensive grassland dotted with exotic plants and palms, picturesque paths, a 100 sqm outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, beach volley and tennis court.
There is one additional double bedroom, and a living room with its own wc/shower at the “castle type” guesthouse, which is apx 100 meters away from the main house that the proprietor occasionally uses.
Behind the house there is a BBQ place as well as an open parking area.

Full Air conditioning. Fully fitted kithen (dishwash, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, toaster, coffee / tea making facilities). Stereo, CD player, Television, VCR, Washing Machine, Iron with ironing board, garden furniture, phone available.
Maid service: every second day (4 hours). Linen change every 3-4 days. Pool man and gardener available.
Activities and Attractions
The nearest beach ( sandy and pebbly ) is in 5 km distance from the house ( 10 minutes driving distance ). Psahna town ( 3 km distance from the villa ) : local market, rent-a-car, banks, restaurants, tavernas, bars ). The driving distance from down town Athens is 90 minutes. Possibility of visiting Halkida ( vivid night life, famous fish tavernas, bars etc. )
Access to Villa
Car rental is considered necessary ( from Athens airport – El.Venizelos ). The driving distance from the Athens airport is 90 minutes.
From Athens Airport one should follow the Attiki Odos Highway with direction to National Highway Athens – Lamia ( exit no. 8 / 19 minutes driving distance ). Entering the National Highway Athens – Lamia at the second tolls turn right at the sign to Halkida. Driving straight ahead after crossing the high bridge follow the sings to North Evia. At the second road lights turn right to Nea Artaki having the sea on the left hand. After crossing the village of Nea Artaki follow the signs to Psahna. At the entrance of Psahna after crossing a small bridge turn right ( at the sign of Aghia Triada ) and at a few meters down the road there is a stop sign which one should turn right and cross another small bridge. Down that road in 3 kms on the left hand side is this Villa ( with its characteristic “castle type” guest house ).
