The villa is buid on a property of 1500 sq.m. and has spacious outdoor places with garden, trees and a 70 sq.m. private pool. Villa Litsarda is located right between Chania and Rethymnon and therefore the ideal location for various excursions. Litsarda village belongs to the municipality of Vamos and is 25 kilometers away from the city of Chania. Litsarda is a picturesque little village with traditional houses, stoned pathways and is surrounded by many olive trees. The population of Litsarda has only about 120 inhabitants who still live in a very traditional manner and offer the famous Greek hospitallity.

Litsarda village has a pizza-tavern with cretan food and pizza which you must taste. At the traditional cafe people meet for their daily chat.

Vamos, only about 5 kilometers from Litsarda village away, offers a pharmacy, supermarket, kiosk, cafeterias, taverns, and many other stores. Vamos also has a Health Center.
