Almyrida is a very beautiful place with a fantastic beach that can become a busy place in the summer. Then it is nice to have a spacious villa with privacy to retreat to. These luxury villas are built on a very large property on the edge of a small village just 3 kilometers outside Almyrida, therefore very quiet but still in walking distance to a few shops and taverns. The villas are on a slope, so they are slightly higher than the village and therefore have a brilliant view. The huge glass sliding doors and windows deliver a fantastic view to all living spaces and the soft earth tones and natural wood give the spacious villas a warm atmosphere.
In total, there are 5 villas, one 3-bedroom villa of 220 m² living space built on 650 m² property and four 4-bedroom villas each comprising of 300 m² of living space built on 1000 m² plot of land, offering complete privacy with its own parking space for two vehicles, private garden and pool, accommodating up to 8 guests. The floor plan includes a living room, dining room, a kitchen and four bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms are sized as master bedrooms with their respective private bathrooms. The villas differ slightly in interior design and orientation but are absolutely equal in standard and size.
All the villas are furnished with modern furniture. The master bedrooms have a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub with hydro massage and an office with PC, printer, phone and fax.
The two regular sized bedrooms have two single beds each.
The living room has a cast iron fireplace and an entertainment center. The dining room seats 8 guests. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and with stainless steel appliances. An additional WC completes the ground floor.
The villas have their own front garden with parking and to the side with the view, a large garden with furniture, barbeque and a very large pool.
