Main House

Sleeps12: 2 master bedrooms, 4 twin-bedded bedrooms, 3 bedrooms for live in staff, Satellite TV, video, DVD, stereo equipment, computer, ISDN internet connection, printer, scanner, air conditioning, central heating, alarm systems and 2 safes.

The Villa was completely renovated in 2001 to the very highest standards of design and quality. The style of the furnishings and decor is arranged for cool, simple elegant Mediterranean living. The undisputed highlight of the main house is the splendid terrace “Bella vista”, (approximately 70 square meters)

The accommodation comprises of the following: a very large reception area with a big stone fireplace and an adjacent dining area, which connects with a covered outdoor dining terrace. There is a connecting office area, which opens onto a shaded terrace.

The two large master bedrooms suites with AC & fan each open on a private terrace/balcony, and have large marble bathrooms with showers and separate bathtubs. There are a further four twin bedded rooms with fans each with a bath/shower room; each of these rooms opens directly onto a terrace.

The kitchen, laundry and staff accommodations are spacious and well equipped.

Guest House

Sleeps 4: Situated on a level lower then the main house and over looking the pool, the guesthouse has one double bedded room with a an en suit bathroom with shower, and a private terrace over looking the pool area. AC & fan. The second room has twin beds, en suit bathroom with bathtub, and terrace. AC & fan. The Living room has a fireplace, kitchenette, satellite TV, video, AC & Fan and balcony.

The Nest

Sleeps 2: A charming studio guest apartment on the same level as the pool, this has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Stereo, AC & fan.

The Gym

This room is set-up with the high quality gym equipment (Cybex), which includes a treadmill and a multi organ machine, which enables you to perform over 30 exercises.

Pool House and Pool

This 20x10meter seawater swimming pool is located 2 levels below the main house. With Moroccan marble and luscious green grass, this large area is perfect for entertaining and barbeques. With Pergolas, teak poolside furniture and a shower, the pool is as cool, elegant and comfortable as the main house. Completing this comfort is the large pool house with two changing rooms, two shower rooms and two WC. It has its own completely equipped kitchen and a large outdoor bar and barbeque area.

The Gardens

As the estate is built on several levels, there are 3 main garden areas:

The pool area, the level above the pool area which has a shaded terrace and view of the sea and the gardens located on the level above the main house, the largest, with a beautiful view over looking the sea and Pontikonissi, featuring a fountain, grape vines shading a large area, and a small cosy patio among the shrubs.

The Forest

The pine forest cloaking the property covers 5 acres and scents the air. This is a wonderful place to appreciate the beauty of the estate. With hundreds of century old olive and cypress trees, as well as, other indigenes species, privacy is ensured, while framing classic vistas of hills, bays and open sea.

The Church

The church was built around 1920 and is beautifully and naturally situated in the forest.

The Beach

A path winds down to the pebble beach and Plateau, that has a changing room, outdoor shower, WC, bar and sitting/bathing area, which gives access to the pier (12x2meters). This area is a well-protected natural harbour, even for large yachts.

Staff

Staff includes: 1 cook, 2 helpers and 3 cleaning ladies. The house staff provides a warm and personal service. Other staff includes the Property manager, Gardner and helpers. (Further staff may be hired to meet the needs of the client).

2 phone lines (ADSL), fax, garage space for 4 cars, large support area for catering and personnel parking, linens and towels, 2 personal safes, full time staff, gym, comfortable terrace furniture, sun lounges, umbrellas, tables and chairs.

N.B. The gardens, house and terraces are on different levels and involve short flights of steps. The Villa’s dramatic views from the terraces mean steep drops, so small children must be supervised.
