The most famous beach on Antiparos is Sorros and that is where this villa is. Just 100 meters above the beach thrones this luxurious 3 bedroom villa, offering a mesmerizing sea view and total serenity to its guests. The luxurious 175 m² fully furnished and equipped three-bedroom villa (all with en-suite bathrooms) accommodates up to seven people. The villa has more than 160 m² of terrace space with pergolas for open-air sitting and dinning as well as a back terrace with additional dining facilities and open-air barbeque.

The Villa, although part of a 3-villa complex, is detached from the rest and has its own private entrance, garden and private parking space. The villa, with its antique terracotta floors, wooden ceilings, and custom-made furniture has been beautifully decorated reflecting the owners' personal style.

The living space includes 2 en-suite bedrooms in the main building and one additional staff/childrens' en-suite room with separate entrance, indoor living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen, outdoor pergola-shaded front terrace with sitting and dining areas, and a back protected terrace with dining area and barbecue.

The villa comes with all the modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and range, m/w oven, dishwasher, etc.), washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. It also has air conditioning and ceiling fans, central heating, wireless ISDN telephones, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet access as well as stand-by ac power and access to a desalination plant.

The beautiful garden surrounding the property accommodates a wide range of local flowers and plants, underlining the Cycladic style of the villa.

This villa can be combined with the neighboring 2 villas that have 5 and 3 bedrooms. All three villas are totally independent with their own gated entrance and garden. The only thing these 3 villas share, is a private footpath at the very end of the garden that leads directly to the beach of Sorros. The three villas differ in size and decor but definitely not in quality.

Service:

The villa is serviced daily and linen is changed twice a week. Beach towels are also provided. Garden maintenance is included for both the decorative and vegetable gardens, the latter supplying an abundance of fresh produce, while the desalination plant guarantees a constant supply of fresh water to both house and gardens.
