Contemporary Villa in Antiparos

This contemporary Greek villa is located in Agios Georgios, 12km from Antiparos Town. The villa is set in a rural area with no direct neighbors on a 1000 square meter property and has sea views as well as great rural landscape views. The sandy beach of Agios Georgios is a 10-minute walk away, the town of Antiparos is a 15 minute drive and Sorros, the most famous beach on the island, a good 5 minute drive away. It is an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday in walking distance to the beach but far away from the touristy crowds.

The sun drenched, 2009 built villa has a pleasantly light and cheerful interior design with carefully selected artifacts emphasising the summer feeling.

Built on two levels, the five bedroom villa has the benefit of three separate entrances.

One entrance leads to the main house which has a large living room, open plan kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor. From the dinning room you step out onto a covered terrace, which is an outdoor dining area with cushioned seats where you can relax with a magazine out of the midday sun. There is also a covered bbq area and a second outdoor dinning area on the east side of the house.

On the first floor of the main house there are two bedrooms both with en-suite shower-rooms. The master-bedroom has a kingsize bed as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two singe beds, which can be joined together.

A separate entrance on the side of the villa leads to a living area with a kitchenette and two stone-built sofa-beds with proper mattresses. Through this living-area, one enters the bedroom with its two single beds that can be joined together. This bedroom has a shower-room en-suite.

A staircase at the back of the house leads to the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite shower-room.

Set away from the summer crowds, this villa will appeal to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Please note that due to the architecture and the gentle sea breeze, the house does not have air conditioning. Fans exist in each bedroom.

Getting there

• Ferry Boat: From Athens (Piraeus Port) there are several daily scheduled trips. The 2 most frequent are:
• Blue Star Ferry - leaves Piraeus port daily at 7.25am and 5.30pm Duration 4 hours
• High Speed- leaves Piraeus port daily at 7.00 am and 5.30pm Duration 2.45 minutes
• Nissos Mykonos – leaves Piraeus port daily. All boats from Athens Piraeus port will arrive in the port of Paros. From Paros there is a passenger boat that leaves the port every hour or you can drive to Punta to catch the ferry that leaves every half an hour
• By Air: Domestic Flight from Athens to Paros (20 minutes)
