CONTRACT

GreekLuxuryVillas.com, hereinafter referred to as "The agency", acts merely as booking agent on behalf of the villa owners that it represents. The contract entered into is between the owner of the holiday accommodation and the holidaymaker, hereinafter referred to as "The hirer". The contract is not effective until required payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to the hirer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EACH PROPERTY

Every villa owner has his own Terms & Conditions that the hirer will need to accept as part of the booking. The applicable Terms & Conditions will be sent to the hirer as part of the Agencies reply to the booking enquiry.

PAYMENTS

All payments are to be made directly to the owner of the holiday accommodation. GreekLuxuryVillas.com will not accept any payments.

EVENTS AND PARTIES

The Rental Agreement concerns the specific number of guests agreed for specific period. In NO circumstance may the guests accommodate extra people without the prior consent of the owners, including overnight guests. Failure to comply to this term will result to the immediate termination of the leasing agreement and to the forfeiture of the whole amount of stay, not including the security deposit amount.

Weddings and other events held at villas are becoming increasingly popular. Please be aware that the majority of villa owners will not accept a booking involving a function without prior consent of the owner.

If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large congregation of people at your villa it would be best to bring this to the agency’s attention as soon as possible. The agency can recommend a suitable coordinator where required.

DAMAGE OR LOSSES

The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The hirer further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if the hirer or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.

NUMBERS IN PARTY / SUITABILITY

The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. The agency reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned.

LIABILITY

Descriptions, prices and availability are substance to change without prior notice. Whilst the agency makes every effort to ensure that brochure descriptions are accurate and that properties meet its required standards, the Agency cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to the property or its amenities, which are beyond its control. Nor can it accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of the property and its appearances, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, exceptional weather conditions or owner's negligence. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during the holiday.

COMPLAINTS

If the hirer considers that he/she has cause for complaint concerning a property, the matter must be taken up with the owner directly.

The hotels found on GreekLuxuryVillas.com are powered by BOOKING.COM B.V.. All content including online booking system, reviews etc. are provided by BOOKING.COM. GreekLuxuryVillas.com acts as an intermediate between it's visitors and BOOKING.COM. Therefore the Terms & Conditions of BOOKING.COM apply to anything relevant to the hotels found on this website. 1. Service description
This website has been created and is operated by BOOKING.COM B.V. (trade name BOOKING.COM). We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

2. Privacy
BOOKING.COM uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information.

3. Credit card guarantee
Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.

Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first 50 euro should your credit card be misused or abused due to BOOKING.COM. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

4. Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, BOOKING.COM will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

5. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Note, BOOKING.COM will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.

6. Disclaimer
The BOOKING.COM website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels; for this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any moment. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information. You should always check the provided information, before acting on the basis of the supplied information.
