Luxurious 3-bedroom Villa with Pool near Platanias, Chania, Crete

This villa accommodates up to 7 guests in three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds) and a small attic (one twinbed) on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is another sleeping space with a double bed, separated from the living room by a wall. Furniture is made of iron and expensive textiles characterize the decoration, which will surely amaze you. Gauzy mosquito nets, handmade mirrors and romantic details make your forget all your trouble and travel miles away…

The impressive bathroom with the Jacuzzi is made of honey granite that loosens you up and promises unique moments of relaxation. Fill up your bathtub with perfumed salts and forget everything else.

The living room has a big table for six in order for you to enjoy your dinner in a unique atmosphere; there is a comfortable sofa and large cushions on the floor in front of the fireplace so that you can lie down while watching TV or listen to your favorite music.

There is also a small board next to the kitchen where you can have your coffee while admiring the view to the pool. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground floor.

On the veranda, the bamboo sitting area invites you relax and have a siesta.

Lay your towel on one of the sun beds that are by the pool and relax under the warm Cretan sun. Children may enjoy their own little childrens pool right next to the normal pool.

This Villa is adjacent to another villa of the same size, hence sharing the same property, but each villa has its own pool and garden and privacy is granted since the other villa is set back slightly. Large plants, trees and palm trees split up the garden and pool areas of the two villas.

Location

The traditional community of Ksamoudochori is located 3km southwest of the historic village of Maleme and just 5 km away from the seaside region of Platanias which is an especially tourist destination during summer because of its lively night life.

Platanias is famous for its many restaurants, bars and clubs. Its sandy beach, which offers many sea sports, attracts many visitors as well. Although this villa has been built on the highest point of Ksamoudochori so that the guests can enjoy their privacy and quietness, they are just a stone’s throw away from the cosmopolitan city center of Chania. Ksamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road.
