The nearest beach (Gennadi Beach, sandy and pebbly beach, 6 kilometers long) is reachable by car in about 5 minutes. The location of the pool-villa, built in the traditional Greek style and with great attention to detail, is unique.

2015/16 the villa was elaborately renovated to a very high standard. The result is a dream domicile for the most discerning guests, thanks to the exclusive furnishings and the beautifully designed, spacious terraces on several levels with unique views of the sea.

From the marvelous infinity pool, the pool terraces and the shaded pool house, you can enjoy the view over the blue sea. A patio opening out to the sea, sun-drenched with a traditional Greek barbecue and rippling fountain, is located on a further terrace above the pool. The idyllic property on a 14.000 m² plot with ancient olive trees is an oasis of tranquility and offers in addition to luxury absolute privacy and pure relaxation.

The solitude location without direct neighbors guarantees privacy throughout  the entire property. It can only be entered via a secured, automatic entrance gate with video intercom system via a private access road. In the holiday villa you can be with your family or your friends completely by yourself and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. It is particularly suitable for friends or families.

Relax after an extensive swim in the spacious pool on the imposing pool terraces, relax at sunset in the bubbling jacuzzi on the roof terrace and enjoy your private candlelight dinner under the sparkling stars of the southern Aegean.

The luxurious villa consists of a main villa on two levels and a beautiful separate guest house. The layout offers a lot of privacy among the guests and nevertheless all areas can be easily reached.

The ground floor consists of a spacious, comfortably equipped kitchen with a dining area that leads directly into the living room, a double bedroom with sea view and an en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet rounds off the ground floor.

Both an inner staircase and an outer staircase connect the ground floor with the upper floor where there is another double bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom. Integrated into the roof terrace is an open-air jacuzzi for up to 6 people.

The elaborately restored and partially listed guest house consists of one bedroom with double bed (sea view), bathroom and kitchenette. Both the bedroom and the kitchenette have direct access to the terrace with the barbecue area. A rippling fountain made of old field stones was integrated into the masonry of the guest house.
